What I need to know is how to be sure of what supplements etc. to order, from where and if I may already have obtained some of the same under a different name, as they seem to have changed since the printing of the book. I guess we need to know where to start.

Dale, I always want to know more on how many enzymes to use.
How is my metabolic system responding.
I need to know how to test myself.
